In regards to our emergency repair of our garage door, and another additional door. please see below: 1). Sunday call, July 12th, 2026.On line Operator scheduled our next morning repair. (A+ rating). 2). Monday morning service call from Gavin Compton, shortly after 8:00 a.m. (A+ rating). 3). Arrived on site, shortly before 8:30 a.m. Reviewed our situation and cost to repair. (A+ rating). 4). Discussed work with Gavin, started after we agreed to fix both doors and move forward. (A+ rating). 5). Pricing of repairs and materials and labor, very high priced and expensive. Felt like we were over charged for the time he was here and material cost. (D+ rating). 6). We were at the mercy of Precision, but they were very responsive, we will give them that, calling others with lower pricing was effective but were not readily available as quick as we needed. It was a double edge sword for us. The employee they sent was very knowledgeable, a great great employee for this company.

Garage door spring broke in the morning. Called Precision at around 6am and they were at my door by 9:30am. Gavan did a great job asking me some questions and giving me some recommendations. He got right to work and 45 minutes later, he had all of the repairs done and went through them with me.

From beginning to end, the service was great. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional, nice, cheerful and polite. She gets 5 stars for being the best PR for your company. The technician, Gavin, was really nice, professional and did a great job. (Little did I know you were sending a celebrity!! I've seen him on the commercials). Everything was inspected, explained, and all questions answered before he started. He was kind and patient. From the first phone call, emails were sent every step of the way so I knew who was coming, when, etc. Gavin did a great a job, and before he left, he went over everything and again asked if I had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised that I got service on July 3rd, the start of a holiday weekend. Great people, great service!

We were able to get an appt. for the next day but there were several cancellations and we were able to get service the same day. We rec'd phone calls regarding the technicians arrival. During the tornado we lost Wi Fi communication with our Opener. We were unable to restore ourselves, so we scheduled a service call. Precision has the best scheduling and contact messaging, period. They kept us informed and arrived on time in spite of the extra service load as the result of the tornado. Gavin, the service tech was polite and obviously well trained. He re-established the connection, reprogramed the remotes (including the HomeLink in the vehicles). He also advised installing surge protectors. When you buy an opener from Precision they give you "The Precision Promise". There was no charge for the service call.

Our garage door wouldn't open due to faulty electrical. I called Precision and they had someone out quickly. He assessed the issue and suggested we install a manual key to access the garage if the issue occurs in the future. It was installed efficiently and the friendly technician made sure I could use it before leaving. Highly recommend.
