4/14/2025 – Gavan did excellent work, and was very transparent about each part and answered all my questions! They do not use cheap parts that break easy so if you are looking for a long term solution then precision is definitely the way to go!

12/21/2024 – I must give a 5-star rating to your Tech. Gavin Compton. He is exceptional! He came to our home last year, and when I made the call yesterday, about my garage door being inoperable, I was told the tech. would be at my home within ours. Gavin showed up within minutes. He is courteous, thorough, and he goes the extra mile; he even changed the bulbs in my garage! 5+

7/11/2024 – Gavan was excellent. Very communicative and friendly, while taking an obvious professional pride in his work. Easy to understand explanation of the work to be performed and of the issues/concerns present with my garage door. Will absolutely be conducting future business with this company.

6/1/2024 – Fantastic communication. Willingness to come out on weekends for emergency failures. Very polite and easy to work with. Gavan was our technician and was a pleasure to work with. He provided an upfront cost with three options and recommendations. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

4/4/2024 – Gavan from Precision Garage Door of Michiana arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problems and had all of the worn/ broken mechanical parts of our garage door replaced and the door up and running in less than an hour. A+!

1/13/2024 – Gavin Compton did a wonderful job on our garage door repair! He arrived quickly and worked quickly! He wasted no time and was very professional!

11/13/2023 – Excellent service! Gavan was polite, thorough in his explanations and provided three repair options. Once we made a decision, he got the repair done efficiently and to our satisfaction. This was our first experience with Precision Door. It won’t be our last.

11/10/2023 – Called in the morning around 8:30, and they were at the house about 1 & 1/2 – 2 hours later to repair some cables. The job was done in 30 minutes. Gavan did the repair & he was very nice and professional. Job is a little pricey, but the timeliness, communication, professional work, and peace of mind are worth it. I will only call this company.

10/10/2023 – Excellent, fast, friendly service! Was able to make a same day appointment to fix my garage door sensors! Gavan was very professional and knowledgeable.

12/23/22 – Gavan was fast and efficient, still can’t believe they came out on a -7 degree day within and hour of my call and took care of my garage door problem.

12/1/21 – Gavin the technician really knew his products and definitely knew what he was doing. Great, professional customer service. I would strongly recommend Precision Door and will most certainly utilize them again as needed.
