He addressed my problem and answered all my questions and gave me additional information about an upgrade to my system without a high pressure sales pitch. When I am able to afford that upgrade, I will contact Precision.

A plastic piece broke on my motor causing my garage door not to lift. I called on a Wednesday, and they could have came out that day. Instead I scheduled it for Thursday. The tech came out and assessed the situation. Since my current motor was 23 years old, I decided to purchase a new one. They offer premium products and it was expensive. I elected to get a lot of new items, springs, bearings, etc along with a new motor. Yes, I could have done this cheaper - but the way I look at it, I also paid for quick turn around and full service. Again, this was fixed in about 3-4 hours, the tech did all the installation and testing. I now have a new motor, new springs, bearings, rollers etc, new door unit, and properly installed wiring, along with the installation of the outside unit. I am satisfied with my decision to pay the premium price to get the premium service.

Service person tried to pressure us into a very expensive service for a simple issue. Gave us 3 estimates from $370 to over $900. I told him to go away and do nothing. Had Hostetler door come out and they fixed it in 15 minutes. Bill was $110.00. Do not use this company!

Heard from my mom that the company was reputable and does a great job. Easy to set up appointment online. Kept informed of technician's time for arrival. Gavan was the technician. My request for a service appointment was answered very quickly and there were available openings within 1 day. i was reminded multiple times of my appointment date and time. On the day of the appointment, I was called my the technician saying he was on his way for the appointment (appointment was scheduled between 10am to 12pm) he called at 9:37am and he arrived before 10am. I also received an email with a picture of the technician. The technician, Jon S, was very informative and diagnosed the issue quickly. He then provided the options available and explained each one thoroughly. Once we decided on the best option for us, Jon had all the parts needed to complete the repair/installation. He completed the task very quickly and then took the time necessary to explain all the new features and how to setup every thing for online access to the opener. Also, was offered various methods of payment. Very happy with the entire experience from beginning contact to final resolution.

We were trapped in our house… The garage door would not budge… We called precision, garage door and within 30 minutes. Got a call back to schedule an arrival time of between 12 and 2 PM. Our technician arrived at 12:30 and I reminded him that I needed to be out the door at 3:15 for a dermatology appointment which I could not miss. He explained his findings and offered us three options. We went with the middle option and we feel that we got good value with that choice. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced. Based on yesterday’s experience, I would not hesitate to recommend precision, garage door to anyone!
