He worked quickly and made sure to show what was completed, and that everything was functioning. He exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

When the coil spring broke, we called for service. Andy Johnson came and helped open a very heavy wood double door. He gave a repair estimate but recommended a new steel door to replace one that was installed in 1975. Our new door was installed this morning by Blaine Goodrich's team. It looks great and works great.

Awesome job. Didn't know that my cable and springs needed replaced. The technician was very efficient and polite. I originally called them for an issue I was having with the over Head garage door and after he fixed the issue he then did an inspection and found out the problem with the cable and springs on the overhead garage door.

Austin was prompt and very informative. He repaired our broken spring and upgraded our cables . He also made any neccessary safety adjustments to the door . After finishing the job he walked me through all of the repairs and explained the maintenance that should be preformed annually. Overall a great experience and will definitely call them first for any garage door issues.

Impressive! Talked to a live person from the company, not an answering service, in the middle of the night. A technician, ****, was at our home and on time by 8:00 in the morning. Our garage door was fixed by 9:00. **** was clear and up front about all he would do and what it would cost. He showed me how to lubricate the door and left a can of lubricant. Well done!

The Precision Garage Door company offered a much better insulated door and at a much less expensive price than the other company we paid $70 for just an estimate. Their estimate was free! They came out the same day I called and we bought their top of the line door and it was scheduled to be installed in one week. They communicated with us through texts and emails confirming times and a date and were very easy to work with. We were sent pictures and a description of the technicians that would install our door and an approximate time they would arrive. Tyler Williams arrived on time and so did the gentleman that helped him with the heavier installation part. My husband was so impressed with how well they worked together and how professional they both were. They not only did the installation but cleaned up and removed all traces of the old door. Our door was over 20 years old and we now have a beautiful new garage door. Thanks Precision!

Our technician, Gavan Compton, arrived on time and was professional. He asked about the problems we were experiencing and then started his investigation. After patiently and clearly explaining the issues, he provided us with a preliminary quotation outlining the options available to us. He expeditiously and carefully explained the next steps, constantly repeating our questions and always asking clarifying questions to ensure we understood the service he would provide. He did the work expeditiously, which solved our problems, and was careful to explain the use of the equipment, the various warranties/ guarantees, and how to operate the equipment.
