I called Precision Door on a Tuesday morning and they came out the same day! Jose V. came out to check on our broken spring to the garage door. He replaced it, along with the bottom seal, readjusted the door and track, and lubed all of the working parts. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Precision was able to come out the same day I called them. The technician, Jose, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, thorough in explaining what he found, and what our options were. His work was exceptional, and it took him less time than we expected. He also took the time to check out our whole system, before leaving. I would certainly recommend using Precision Door to any of our friends. One last thing, Jose found that the wrong springs were used in our last venture with another company. I hope this review is helpful to anyone who reads it. From a greatful Coloma, MI homeowner. God bless!

We had a lightning strike that took out our Garage Door opener and my first call was to Precision. Colin was our technician and he was GREAT!!! Gave me three options for repair after the garage door and opener inspection. It works better than it ever has!! I highly recommend Precision! -DG From 2 Years Ago: Great experience! Had a new garage door motor installed which includes a new track, 2 door openers, a new wall controller in the garage, two new sensors, and a key pad outside of the garage door. Austin was the technician doing the work. He is a very polite young man and does excellent work!!! He is also fantastic at explaining how everything functions in ensuring that you were satisfied with what has been completed and that you understand everything. Precision Garage Door is absolutely the best at everything they do from setting up the appointment, sending emails and text messages to remind you of the appointment, and on the day of the tech being on his way the tech calls to let you know he is on the way, what time he should arrive, and then a text message is sent from Precision with a photo of who the tech is so that you know it is that individual when they arrive and you can track from the link they send where his location is at so that you ensure you are at your residence when the technician arrives. They installed my garage door four years ago and these two times I have worked with them has been a delight. They truly are the company you should use for your garage door needs.

We had Precision install a replacement opener on our farm shop door. Jon Seman was our installer and did a very good job. He let us know when he would be arriving and the office staff kept us well informed. I will call them first for any overhead door needs in the future.

Collin Walsh is the technician who responded to my call. The auto door opener was being triggered on its own. He was patient in checking everything and provided options to try for solutions. If the problem persists he'll return to permanently solve the problem. He was considerate and respectful of our budget. This is an example of true professional customer friendly service.
