My husband watched the entire garage door installation. Tyler did 95 percent of the work and he was meticulous. His assistant Connor was 40 minutes late and did 5 percent of the work. We thought Connor was the boss because he did so little. One hundred percent satisfied with the completed job. He reset our garage door openers too. Excellent work, cleanup and communication. Precision Door is lucky to have Tyler!

Our technician Andrew Ginter did an amazing job. He showed us how to fix our problem with our new garage door opener and he was very respectful. 2 months ago when our previous motor went out our technician, Jose Villalobos, told us that our motor was burned up and we believed him since he's the professional. We took the old opener down this morning to install the new one and when we tested it, the old motor still works. If he took the time to inspect our old motor properly, we wouldn't have had to buy a brand new one. I'd give Jose a 2/5 stars. Andrew however, deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Great worker and an ever greater person.

An excellent service. I called at 3 pm and the I was was told that technician Pete W will visit between 4 to 6 pm. Pete arrived just after 4 pm. He checked the door and the equipment. Explained in detail the problem and gave detailed estimate of the cost. We agreed and the required parts , motor and bearings were replaced in less than two hours. Pete provide excellent service with smile and courtesy. There was no sales pressure and we were given options. I strongly recommend Precision Garage Door if you want repair or replacement.

The technician (****) arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable, and walked me through the inspection process. Once I decided to install the new garage door opener, he worked efficiently and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain how to use all the features on the new opener, including the remote controls and mobile app integration. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. I did need to have the technician out for a return visit to make some adjustments.
