We discussed the issue and He got to work immediately to remedy the Problem. the Job took him little less than a hour to complete to my satisfaction and He was on his way. Had an older malfunctioning opener. Identified the problem and installed a new Genie opener quickly and efficiently. Our tech was very good, personable and knowledgeable. Offered some options, didn't oversell and had the new opener working in under 2 hours. I would definitely use Precision again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Precision responded to my call super fast and got us on the schedule within a day! Andy, our technician, communicated before, during, and after the service and was helpful in explaining what we needed as well as providing options. He gave us the pros/cons of each and then went to work in an efficient manner. He explained our new motor/opener and helped set up the app and clickers/remotes. We would 100% recommend Precision & Andy to friends and family!

Precision got us on their schedule quickly and Andy, our technician, was great at explaining what we needed and what options were available. He went above and beyond with setting up our new garage door motor, making sure we understood the app, all clickers and remotes. Andy took his time and did a great job! We would highly recommend Precision & Andy for their service, value, and quality work!
