We were trapped in our house… The garage door would not budge… We called precision, garage door and within 30 minutes. Got a call back to schedule an arrival time of between 12 and 2 PM. Our technician arrived at 12:30 and I reminded him that I needed to be out the door at 3:15 for a dermatology appointment which I could not miss. He explained his findings and offered us three options. We went with the middle option and we feel that we got good value with that choice. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced. Based on yesterday’s experience, I would not hesitate to recommend precision, garage door to anyone!

Both of my remote openers stopped working at the same time due to a power surge as did the keypad outside. A service rep, A.J. came the same day I called and did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the problem, showed me how to pair the remotes with the opener when I asked him and installed a new keypad with larger numerals that is easier for me to use.

I had to have parts replaced on my garage door because I couldn’t get it open. The technician Cameron D. arrived on time and explained each of my options multiple times until I completing understood them, he was very patience, friendly and completed the job fairly quickly. We were able to get an appt. for the next day but there were several cancellations and we were able to get service the same day. We rec'd phone calls regarding the technicians arrival. Gavan Compton was very friendly. He was very helpful to us since neither my husband or myself are very good with computers and we still live in the flip phone age. He answered all questions we had. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to all family members and friends. Thank you!
