2/15/2024 – Talk about service! Andy was great in detailing the problems with my recently installed garage door (which was not working!) and then correcting it, all in one day. I couldn’t be happier.

11/7/2023 – Andy Ginter came out to help set the spring set up on the new door I installed and was honest and got the job done quick and a real good guy. If I ever need anything again I wouldn’t hesitate to call him up.

6/13/2023 – Had some issues with my garage door being on the fritz, Andy was super helpful and informative, solved the problem, didn’t break the bank.

2/19/2023 – Precision Garage Door of Michiana’s representative Andy was very helpful & professional in giving me a quote on replacing our garage door with a number of options. They responded quickly to my request for a quote & were much cheaper than a competitor’s quote.

2/10/23 – Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to talk me through everything that was included and explained what things meant. I would definitely do business with them again.

7/6/21 – Inspection and recommendations, on point. Work, skill, knowledge, hardworking are the best ! Amazing and happy and so is the Wife! Andrew and his co-worker, knocked it out of the park! Thank you and so glad for your services. I won’t hesitate to call on you again! We thank you,again!

5/27/21 – I’m impressed. Had a problem with my garage door not opening/closing. Called Precision Garage Door of Michiana. Said a technician would be out between 10am-12pm. Technician Andrew called before he came. Said he was on his way, and would be there in 15-20 minutes. AND HE WAS!!! (Mask and all) What I thought was a MAJOR problem, turned out to be a minor problem. He fixed the problem and did maintenance on the garage door. (Something that was never done since it’s installation). He also gave me some DIY tips on what I could do to remedy a problem. Very professional. He enjoys his job, and it shows in his quality of work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Michiana. Ask for Andrew!

5/20/21 – Our technician (Andrew) was awesome, on time, and efficient!!!!!!

4/6/21 – Andrew Ginter was our service tech that was sent out due to a late night broken garage door. He was extremely professional and I was glad that he adhered to COVID-19 protocol by wearing a mask. Thanks so much!!

1/29/21 – Same day service which was a great surprise to me. Prompt on time very nice and like able service. To even a better my surprise Andrew fixed my garage the same day and when finished explain everything he did. Very pleased with Precision Door will recommend with friends and family.

1/5/21 -Both over the phone and in person the service associates were very helpful, clear, and direct. We got an appointment same day and costs and expectations were clearly communicated up front. Andrew was very nice, efficient, and helpful and presented us with all of our options clearly. We will definitely continue to use Precision for all our garage needs.

Exceptionally pleasant experience. We initially called Precision to troubleshoot our slightly dead garage door and/or opener. As it turned out the xopener was the problem. Andy Ginter presented several options for review. He installed our choice and we were back up and running in less than two hours. We could not have been more pleased. As our 44 year old wood garage door had been deteriorating for some time we also asked Andy to quote a replacement. We chose a steel model5 and it was installed one week later. This entire project was handled in a professional manner. Precision personnel were very competent, professional and well trained. Our installer, Blaine Goodrich, was exceptional. He arrived as scheduled and had our, extremely heavy, wooden door removed in about an hour. Andy arrived shortly thereafter and helped Blaine complete the installation. Throughout this project we felt no pressure to make a quick decision. Precision Garage Door of Michiana is, in my estimation, a quality organization with quality personnel. They are professional, thorough, competitive and pleasant. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. I recommend you give them a try.
