Came out within 1-hour and reattached a cable for me. Did a few adjustments and changed 3-wheels for me that were super worn out. Nothing is cheap anymore but at least the door works now.

My sprocket and chain on our garage door was slipping. I called Precision!!! a company with an outstanding reputation in our community. Our tech's name was Andy Ginter a 13 year employee , very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed and presented my options he then replaced my system with an newer one. mine was 8 years old! work was finished he cleaned area thank you again Happy Wife Happy Life!

We had a fantastic experience with Precision. The appointment was set easily after business hours and Andy arrived promptly the next morning to fix our broken cable. The appointment communication was outstanding and included a photo of the tech we could expect to see. Nice touch for security! We asked if he could also do some routine maintenance and inspection as well and he politely completed that service, too. We would definitely use Precision Garage Door again, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Tyler, the installation technician did a great job of removing two existing old wooden doors and hardware and installing new doors and hardware including a keyed emergency access cable. The doors operate flawlessly as well as adding great curb appeal. Tyler accomplished all this during an extremely hot and humid day. I appreciate his professionalism and work effort.

Great experience. Very friendly and down to earth. He estimated it would take about an hour to replace the broken spring and the main pulley wheels. Less than an hour he was done and reprogrammed the opener. Jon Seman performed the repair.

Andy was personable, friendly and competent. He replaced the bottom seal on the door, fixed a couple of issues and performed maintenance on the door. He also explained our options for replacing the 15+ year old opener and even older door. The previous service was 10 years ago.
