Outstanding service! Pete W. explained everything well, including all of our options. He was able to install a new Genie motor, belt, and new rollers at the time of the visit. He educated me on lubricating the door for maintenance, showed me all of the features of the new door, helped me to program the keypad, and even programmed the HomeLink opener in my vehicle. We could not be happier. Highly recommend!

We called Precision Door, described the issue, and we were offered an appointment for service that day. Cameron was our service tech and was here at the scheduled time. He was very professional, polite and knew exactly how to fix the problem. He explained what products were available without a high-pressure sales pitch. It was a pleasure to work with him as he explained all the details of our new 3/4 hp replacement opener and remotes. Very impressed of how quiet the door goes up and down without the banging and clanging we were used to. Should have requested service a while ago. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Cameron. Thank you. You will have a returning and satisfied customer for a very long time.

We have been calling Precision Garage Doors for the past three years. They were always prompt with return calls and appointments, ON TIME and took care of our problem. Thanks to the technicians who were knowledgeable, and friendly. Mr. Li was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. He helped set up WiFi APP MyQ. He took time to show me how to use the App to fit our needs. He replaced wiring sensors and let us know how to keep debris away from wires. He lubricated the hinges and bearings and showed us how to do that 1x a year. He also noted the single door (not electric) may need a new spring in 2026 as it is 25 years old. The office staff Kimmy was very helpful and scheduled a technician to arrive within 2 hours of my call for service. I’m very impressed with the overall service of Precision Garage Doors. I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you

Great experience with Jonathan Seman with Precision Garage Door of Michiana ! We had an old wooden garage door that hadn’t been opened in years and was stuck 1/4 way up. We were not ready to replace it although it is pretty rough. They sent help within the hour! Jonathan did just what we needed and had the door working in a few minutes. Very impressive!!! Will not hesitate to give them my business when we do replace the door!

We were with another garage door business who my brother-in-law worked for. He no longer works for them. Family discount! Our garage door was acting up. It would not go up, couple feet . And the key string wouldn’t even open by that. Want to add I seen the commercial on TV. I called Precision, they had someone come next day. The gentleman name Andy Ginter. To find out the problem was the coil broke. It helps the door to open & close. Replaced that & replaced each end & middle the bearings. Also, my garage door light hasn’t come on, even when we replaced the bulb. The light came on for while. It’s because the sensors at each end got wet too many times from me washing the garage floor. But Andy put a new bulb , when we come in the garage at night the light comes on. Amen! And our garage door code opener, has not always open when we put the code. I checked the manual to see if it needed a battery. The manual book I locked so I could replace the battery. Nothing mentioned. And yes, thanks to Andy , he replaced the battery. 👍 Thank you Andy for your service. See you next time!!
