2/3/2024 – Jon was a fantastic serviceman from Precision Doors. Came out at the drop of a hat, had a great quote, and got a replacement door scheduled quickly. Would recommend!

1/21/2024 – I am extremely happy and satisficed with the services I received, from talking in the phone with the agent to the technician that repaired my broken Torsion Springs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and really good at his job. Thank you Precision Garage Door of Michiana and also Big Thanks to Jon Seman the Technician took good care of my situation.

11/16/2023 – Precision Door is the best company ever. They installed my garage door and service it whenever I call with a problem. They are always ready to help with whatever I need. They are friendly and make me feel important. I am 100% satisfied with their work and will never call another door company. Jon Seman has been my technician and installer. He made me feel special because he remembered me! He does excellent work in a timely fashion with a smile always on his face. OI great young man. He is always welcome to come here. Than you for all you do!!

9/21/2023 – Precision did a great job repairing my broken garage door. Jonathan Seman was my technician and was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced versus what didn’t need to be replaced. I would recommend them to anyone.

9/19/2023 – Jonathan was very personable and did fast work of repairing the two doors. They have opened and closed 3 times so far very nicely. He was on time as scheduled, and offered a quote right away. He inspected both doors and suggested the work to be done. I called another business first and got stuck in phone mail jail, so I called Precision, and everything fell into place.

8/14/23 – I called, Jon Seaman was there in less than an hour. My cabel broke and he replaced both sides and adjusted my door. Thanks. Very kind and knowledgeable

8/12/23 – My car was being held hostage by a broken garage door opener and Jon Seman from Precision Garage Door rescued it and set me free! His response was timely, professional, kind, and his work was quick!

7/26/2023 – Fantastic! Called on a Sunday & Jon Seman, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service’s employee, arrived within an hour. He was very professional and courteous. Replaced (& wound) both springs, 3 center bearings, open center bracket, and ten 5” precision green rollers. Here & gone in a couple hours. Garage door works like new & so quiet now. Absolutely would use this company again!

4/23/2023 – Jon came out first thing in the morning to resolve our garage door motor issue. He was great to work with and explained everything in great detail. He didn’t leave without any of our questions answered.

4/12/2023 – Jon was very good and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I had complete understanding of how things worked. I would highly recommend their service.

2/8/23 – Precision Door was great to work with on replacing my broken garage door opener. I called them at 4:00 in the afternoon & they were here at 10:00 the next morning. Jon, my technician, was very pleasant and gave me several options for my repair. My garage door was operational by 12:30. I was very pleased with the work done by Precision Garage Door.

11/2/22 – Jon S was so helpful!!! I called and had a technician out the same day for a repair. I thought it was going to be such a hassle but he made the experience so easy!! Definitely recommending to everyone! 10/10

9/18/22 – From the gal who took my service call to Jon the technician who came at least an hour before he was scheduled to come, the entire experience was seamless. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door repair to anyone. I certainly did not have hopes that my garage door spring could be replaced on Sunday afternoon at no extra charge for a weekend service call but Jon came within an hour from my call. He explained all that he would do and the charge for his good service seemed so worth it to me. My garage door operates quietly and smoothly.

9/6/22 – I just had Jon out to fix my actual motor. He was great at explaining everything and some things I should keep an eye on. Our new opener is much quieter and easy to program. I will call on Jon and the Precision team again to help us out.

7/7/22 – Jonathan was very prompt and efficient and fixed my problem quickly. He is super!

4/16/22 – Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday afternoon. All I could think of was that there would be no one who would come and fix it on a Saturday, let alone in the late afternoon. I knew of one company that we had previously had to do a repair and looked up their number online. Decided to look at their reviews and really glad I did. They were terrible! That was when I look at the next place on my Goggle search. It listed Precision Garage Door of Michiana. I called them and they said someone would be here between 4 and 6 today! How amazing!! Then when Mr. Jon Semam arrived and knew exactly what we needed and already had it in his truck, I was again amazed. He was personable, polite, and did a wonderful job of the installation and also of explaining to a couple of “seniors” how to operate this wonderful new opener. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs service like this. BTW, we are getting a new door installed from them too. Love doing business with people like this!!!!

2/28/22 – Jonathan arrived on time, same day, and did a great job. Very fair price for the time he was here and how extensive the repairs were. It’s 2 months later and still could not be happier.

and finished the job same day. We will definitely use Precision Door Service for our future
garage door needs.

2/2/22 – Jon Seman fixed our door issue yesterday. He was patient in listening to our description of the issue and was very thorough in diagnosing the solution. Unfortunately we’re unable to leave Positive feedback on the listed forums but wanted you to know that Jon is a great representative for Precision and is excellent at what he does.

10/6/21 – I was having trouble with my garage door and called Precision. They sent someone out right away. The technician called me with a 30-minute heads up, and I got a GPS tracker & photo by text so I’d know exactly when he’d arrive. Jon was on time, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He didn’t try to talk me into things I didn’t need. He explained the issues without tech talk and answered all of my questions. Because of him, I have complete confidence in Precision. I can’t wait for my new door to arrive! I will absolutely recommend them.

8/10/21 – The tech from the company had finished a job early, he called to say he would see me soon and arrived presented himself and immediately diagnosed my problem. Jonathan was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Yes I will use this company again without question.

7/21/21 – Highly recommended! Needed garage cable replaced. Precision was able to come out same day for me. Jonathan, my technician was absolutely amazing. He knew his stuff and got me taken care of in 30 minutes. Will probably replace both doors within a year. Overhead is who did our garage over 15 years ago. No doubt, we will go with Precision on that project. There was just a more intimate feel that we were in good hands with Precision.

7/12/21 – Jonathan was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Really appreciate his professionalism!

5/14/21 – Garage Door spring broke today and I immediately called Chris at Precision Door. He promised a two hour time frame to show up and did just that before the one expected. They sent texts of appointment and a picture of our technician. Jonathan introduced himself and straight away got to work. . He was very knowledgeable and spoke in laymans terms on what and why and how the door needed to be repaired. He finished in a very timely manner. I will be using them and recommending them to others should I ever need them again in the future Thank you for great work Jonathan *. You are a great technician!

4/17/21 – Appointment was set and they were right on time. Jonathan was professional and did a great job of getting us taken care of. Also checked other doors and made recommendations for future service to keep our doors in good working condition. Highly recommend these guys!!!

3/17/21 – Had a very personable, and knowledgeable service man named Jonathan. Explained all of my options for opener choices. Did a great job on the new opener and cleaned up any mess he had made. Garage door works great and is quiet. Thank you Jonathan and Precision Garage Door.

1/13/21 – This was our 2nd time to use Precision Garage Door of Michiana. The servicemen who came to install our garage doors we’re polite and professional. They made certain all my questions were answered, remotes were programmed, and made sure I knew how to get the app. Thank you Johnathan and team. We would definitely use them in the future.
