I had an issue with my lock and latch. The cable and a few components were missing. Jonathan Seman came out and looked at it. Got it repaired fairly quickly tbh. And yea it closes much easier than it did before and locks again, and he was a rather friendly person. No complaints. Was a same day repair of when I contacted them.

Just got a new garage door and opener and we could not be happier with the service from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment on line was easy and convenient. Collin Walsh came out to look at our garage door which was a very old. He went over our choices without pressure. He went over financing option and walked us through the process. Percision was in constant contact before appointment and confirmed appointment details. Day of appointment, Tyler called to let us know he was a bit behind and gave us a time he was going to be here. He arrived by the time he said. He was professional, and friendly. He began working and completed the installation. Tyler went over what we needed to know about our new garage door and opener. My garage door had fallen, and it would not go up. The spring was broken. Precision sent Andy out to help me. I got a trained technician with a well-stocked truck and less than two hours after calling the door was repaired and fully serviced. Andy showed me an evaluation report and recommendations for repair. All costs were clearly presented and the work was carried out just as described. This is the only garage door company on my phone list. Always good service, fair prices and guaranteed.

I actually did need to update as my garage door was an original with the house. ****** did not pressure me to get a brand new system, but I did choose to replace it. The people I've had the chance to work with at Precision garage door of Michiana have been truly excellent. Blaine was our installer. He did a great job even though our door had to be customized to fit our smaller than usual opening. He walked me through how to program the keypad told me about future maintenance and reminded me that there was a lifetime warranty on the motor. He left the job site cleaner than he found it. Definitely 5 stars.

I called Precision Door on a Tuesday morning and they came out the same day! Jose V. came out to check on our broken spring to the garage door. He replaced it, along with the bottom seal, readjusted the door and track, and lubed all of the working parts. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Precision was able to come out the same day I called them. The technician, Jose, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, thorough in explaining what he found, and what our options were. His work was exceptional, and it took him less time than we expected. He also took the time to check out our whole system, before leaving. I would certainly recommend using Precision Door to any of our friends. One last thing, Jose found that the wrong springs were used in our last venture with another company. Had a new garage door motor installed which includes a new track, 2 door openers, a new wall controller in the garage, two new sensors, and a key pad outside of the garage door. Austin was the technician doing the work. He is a very polite young man and does excellent work!!! He is also fantastic at explaining how everything functions in ensuring that you were satisfied with what has been completed and that you understand everything. Precision Garage Door is absolutely the best at everything they do from setting up the appointment, sending emails and text messages to remind you of the appointment, and on the day of the tech being on his way the tech calls to let you know he is on the way, what time he should arrive, and then a text message is sent from Precision with a photo of who the tech is so that you know it is that individual when they arrive and you can track from the link they send where his location is at so that you ensure you are at your residence when the technician arrives. They installed my garage door four years ago and these two times I have worked with them has been a delight. They truly are the company you should use for your garage door needs.
