Our technician, Gavan Compton, arrived on time and was professional. He asked about the problems we were experiencing and then started his investigation. After patiently and clearly explaining the issues, he provided us with a preliminary quotation outlining the options available to us. He expeditiously and carefully explained the next steps, constantly repeating our questions and always asking clarifying questions to ensure we understood the service he would provide. He did the work expeditiously, which solved our problems, and was careful to explain the use of the equipment, the various warranties/ guarantees, and how to operate the equipment. It was a good experience.

I am very happy with our tech, ChungYu Li. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He showed us different options to fit our needs and explained everything in thorough detail. Our garage door broke on Friday night and we were able to get a tech out here by 1030. Chung Yu Li was our tech. He was very professional and showed me 3 options to fix the door. He was very quick and friendly. Our garage door is so quiet now I can't believe it. I've been wanting to fix it for years. It's amazing. Thank you to Chung Lu Li for the amazing job he did and to Precision for having amazing people that work for them. Good help is hard to find now days so it's nice to see there are people out there that know how to treat customers and do a great job at the same time. Precision Garage door people did what they said they would do. Came out the same day I called them. I had my garage floor coated and they were very careful not to injure it in any way. Very thankful for that. The new garage door was up in one afternoon. Works wonderfully and so quite.The technition ,Mr.Goodrich was polite and informative. I would recommend this company.

Got home from work Tuesday evening around 5:00 pm, but when I opened garage door the track pulled out of the wall and bent causing door to be stuck dangling. **** ********** responded to emergency call and was on site by 6:00 pm. Very polite and professional. Presented several different options to fix and was patient while discussing with my wife. Ended up going with a conversion from old style extension springs to ***************. He replaced the broken tracks and did the conversion all the same night. Had door working again and all cleaned up by 10:00 pm. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with Pete from precision Door today. He was very thorough checking through the mechanisms That some needed to be replaced and some did not. Everything that he explained to me of those Parts that did need to be replaced were in my mind justified not something he was just trying to sell. My spring broke on my garage door. I called precision garage door and they came out the same day. Andy Johnson came out, I had a couple of other things wrong. Just recently my garage door failed as the right coil broke, and I could not get the door up. Garage door broke on Sunday, called Monday morning they had **** V out here before 10:00, seen the problem went over the options and what included with them, no pressure selling, **** was pleasant, friendly respect our property answered all our questions.
