Peter Wendorf did an excellent job explaining what problems were present in my garage. Peter explained the options available to fix the problems and I felt he was being honest and was respectful of my financial situation. I wanted to just address a few issues at this first visit and Peter gladly obliged. I will definitely use this company for any future garage door issues. I called Precision for service on my garage door. Scheduler Ashley was friendly and efficient. She scheduled a service appt and technician Pete Wendorf was here within an hour!! Pete explained everything he would be doing, gave me helpful hints to maintain my door! He provided me with different options with no pressure!! After diagnosing the issue, he quickly completed the work! Pete then went over and above to fix a gap under my door due to concrete settling! What a huge difference and it also made the operation of my door so much quieter!! I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Pete for sure!!! Thanks Pete!!

My garage door would not open! I could manually open and close it but it wasn't easy! I called and Pete came out to look at it! He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it very quickly! I called Precision at 2pm to let them know I was getting a message about my garage door malfunctioning. The technician Gavan Compton was at my house two hours later. He came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes, and it was covered by my warranty. Easiest service call I've ever had.

I called Overhead Door Company, and they were unable to come same day to fix our garage door stuck open on the coldest day of the year. Windchill was minus 10. Precision was able to come same day and arrived promptly. Andy Johnson did a great job adjusting and lubricating the travel mechanism and showed my husband how to lubricate it in the future.

Chung Yu Li was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and was fast and efficient! He showed us how to oil our garage door for normal keep up! He was very patient when my girls went out to watch him and talk to him! He was very kind even though he had to drive an hour to us then back home in an ice/snow storm that was starting!
