My installer, *****, just left after installing my new door and door opener. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism and work ethic. He is a wonderful person! Also, the salesman, ****, came to help him with the tear down. **** is the reason I bought my door from Precision Door. I am going to recommend Precision. Your employees rock and make the company!

My salesman Jonathan Semen did an excellent job communicating the best course of action. Literally a few days later Jacob Lindsey arrived and installed all new hardware, door and mechanism. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through annual maintenance, set up and even took time to pet both my dogs. Great Job Guys!

Precision Garage Door of Michiana has been wonderful to work with. Honest and professional on all 3 occasions I have had them out. Our new garage door is beautiful and appears to be of superior quality. ********** was exceptional. Very professional and went out of his way to help me. At first he was stumped but stayed with it till he found the problem showed me the problem gave me a quote fixed the problem and even showed me how to maintain the garage door to prevent future issues. I would gladly use him again. Also to my surprise the company was able to come on the same day I called them. I had initially called another company who said they couldnt come for 2 weeks which makes one nervous playing Russian roulette with a garage door. Thank you

The doors are beautiful and the technician was fast and efficient. Had 2 overhead doors installed and they are so worth it. Even though we had gotten snow and snowed while he was installing them, he still kept going until he had gotten them done and explained the guarantees to me. Thank you Peter for the excellent job.
